I began my career at Allegheny Health Network/Highmark Health, where I built and managed provider networks focused on improving patient transitions and reducing readmissions. My success in implementing data-driven performance metrics led to program management responsibilities, where I spearheaded strategic initiatives that increased network alignment from 58% to 89% and generated significant additional revenue per quarter. This initiative is still in place today that keeps network alignment between 85%-90% on an ongoing basis monitored through reports weekly.​

My career evolved at WellSky, where I progressed from Implementation Consultant to Solutions Architect, guiding enterprise healthcare organizations through complex technical implementations. I developed a reputation for translating clinical requirements into effective technical solutions, leading to a strengthened a strategic partnership that lead to WellSky gaining their largest deal in history at $18 million.

Today, as Senior Manager of Provider Engagement, I've built WellSky's first PAC Advance Provider Engagement team from the ground up, developing comprehensive strategies that optimize network performance through data-driven decision making.
